Teresa is a neuroaffirming and trauma-informed psychologist, dedicated to empowering clients through client-directed therapy.
Teresa has a keen interest in Trauma and Autism, with experience in a wide range of psychometric testing. Her neuroaffirming approach ensures that therapy is respectful and supportive of neurodiverse clients, focusing on their strengths and unique perspectives. By providing a safe and understanding environment, Teresa helps clients navigate their challenges and achieve greater emotional well-being and personal growth.
Available to see clients who are referred under Medicare with a current Mental Health Care Plan, Transport Accident Commission (TAC), Workcover, National Disability Insurance Scheme and Privately Funded (self-referred).We see clients across the lifespan from 7 years and over.
Offering a range of psychometric assessments including Cognitive (IQ), autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), personality, and other clinical diagnostic assessments. Therapy includes supportive counselling, Trauma Informed Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Mindfulness and Relaxation.
Teresa is available to see clients from Monday to Friday.

Graduate Diploma of Advanced Psychology through Monash University, and a Bachelor of Psychology and Criminology through Deakin University. She is currently undertaking her Master of Clinical Psychology through Federation University.

Llira is also a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS), Australian Clinical Psychology Association (ACPA) and Australasian ADHD Professionals Association (AADPA) and is available to see clients under NDIS, and privately funded sessions.
Llira is a warm and supportive Provisional Psychologist who has experience working with a range of clients in various settings and diverse backgrounds.
As a clinician, Llira is non-judgmental, collaborative, and client-centred in her approach. She appreciates bringing personality into the therapy room and understands that each person is unique with their own life story.
Llira has a background in community services, including NDIS case management and support. She has also worked providing clinical support to primary school children. She has experience working with children, families, and adults from diverse backgrounds in both therapeutic and support settings.
Her special interests include ADHD, ‘Rushing Woman’ Syndrome, New Parents, and working with children and teens. She uses a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused – Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT) and Schema Therapy.
Llira has immediate availability to see clients on Saturdays.
Multidisciplinary assessment team working in collaboration with local Pediatricians to provide a streamlined assessment process for all ages from 7 and over.

Wally is an 11 year old Murray River Retriever who has worked all of his life as an accredited Assistance Dog and now is retired to Therapy Dog. Wally is trained to work with clients who are neurodivergent (ADHD, ASD), trauma, anxiety and depression. Wally is a kind and gentle old man who loves supporting clients in the therapy space.
Virtual Reality
Explore mindfulness, relaxation, exposure therapy and much more.
Clients wear a headset and are transformed into a world of virtual reality to assist with managing and treating a range of mental health issues.
Fees for standard sessions are $200 for a 50 - 60 minute consultation. Couples sessions are $240 per appointment. Fees are payable on the day of your consultation. Fees can be paid on the day via eftpos facilities. We can process a Medicare rebate for you or you can take the invoice to Medicare to claim yourself if you have a valid mental health care plan from your GP.
Assessments are not covered by Medicare and are privately funded. After your initial consultation, you will be emailed an invoice for assessments you have discussed with your clinician. TAC and Workcover services are charged at $220 per session and part of can be claimed back from your insurer with the invoice provided. NDIS clients are charged as per NDIS guidelines.
If you need to cancel an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your session. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged from $90 up to the standard session rate and must be paid before making your next appointment. You will be sent a text message the day before your session to confirm your appointment time.
